Police Chief, Other Agencies to Unite for Blue Mass

At 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, Houston Police Chief Charles A. McClelland, Jr., HPD officers and employees from various local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in the 10-county area around Houston will join together for the annual Greater Houston Area Blue Mass.

The prayerful celebration will be held at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart at 1111 St. Joseph Parkway in downtown Houston.

Additionally, vehicles, equipment and service animals from various law enforcement agencies will be displayed along the street in front of the Co-Cathedral.

This event is open to all who wish to offer prayers and support for the men and women in the criminal justice profession who work to provide a safe and just environment in which we live.
